I finished the module (I even did the pre-and post-module assessments) but I didn't get a certificate. What should I do?

There are some technical reasons why this might have happened (we can give you more information on that if you're interested). The main thing is, we certainly don't want you to go without a certificate that you've earned. If you are having trouble getting your certificate, please let us know. Just send a quick note to us at nccmt@mcmaster.ca and we'll sort things out.
