SCENARIO: Your 50 year old neighbour, Mr. A, strikes up a conversation in which he tells you he wants to stop smoking and wondering what is the best way to do so. since he has smoked at least 1 pack of cigarettes per day for the past 35 years. He says he has heard a lot about the nicotine patch, but his his doctor is suggesting he take medication as well. He is wondering if you can help him to figure out what he should do.
