NCCMT co-hosts networking dinner in Winnipeg

Public health professionals were invited to share a meal and to learn about evidence-informed decision making. We had a great turn out, heard interesting presentations and enjoyed stimulating conversations. And, of course, we had a chance to meet some of our colleagues from Manitoba.

Participants came from across the province. Some met for the first time while others got reacquainted with old friends. All shared a desire to learn about the resources offered by the NCCMT to support their use of evidence in the decisions they make every day.

The event was held at the historic Fort Garry Hotel and co-hosted by the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCCID), Community Health Nurses of Canada (CHNC) and the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors (CIPHI).
