Workshops & Events

NCCMT works to build capacity in evidence-informed decision making in public health by offering workshops and other training events across Canada.

Facilitators from NCCMT have presented our popular interactive workshops across Canada, with more workshops planned in the coming months.

We offer half-day and full-day workshops on topics such as Evidence-Informed Decision-Making in Public Health, Critical Appraisal of Research Evidence and Organizational Change for Use of Evidence in Decision-Making.

Upcoming NCCMT workshops are highlighted in the events calendar below.

The new reality—learning on a limited budget

Of course, budget and time constraints in public health today mean that not everyone who wants to attend a workshop in person can do so. To address this very real problem, NCCMT now offers new self-paced online learning modules.
