This casebook showcases 15 examples of integrated knowledge translation (KT) initiatives. The cases are mainly Canadian initiatives and use strategies, actions and evaluations to highlight concrete examples of KT.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The casebook guides users through unique case examples that highlight KT methods and key learning points. Each example is supplemented by additional resources.

These summaries are written by the NCCMT to condense and to provide an overview of the resources listed in the Registry of Methods and Tools and to give suggestions for their use in a public health context.
