Description

This method offers a narrative approach to documenting local stories of evidence-based practices. It has been used to create stories to help implement evidence-based practices in real-life settings.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The method involves the following steps:

  1. Develop a logic model to visualize how program activities are linked to outcomes.
  2. Select outcomes of interest for evaluation.
  3. Review the program monitoring data to identify potential outcomes for further data collection.
  4. Construct the story using the CCC story template.
  5. Disseminate the story.
