This tool provides a roadmap to guide the knowledge translation (KT) process. Through a series of 10 questions organized under five sections, the tool is designed for users to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners and adjust the strategies as needed.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The tool guides users through five sections:

  1. What?
  2. Who?
  3. For whom?
  4. How, and when?
  5. When to enter into the process? Up to what point to continue?
