This guide outlines a stakeholder and evidence-informed approach to planning outreach activities with priority populations. It offers a process for conducting a situation assessment to inform development as well as key messages on how to deliver and evaluate an outreach program for continued success.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The guide outlines four steps in this iterative model:

  1. Get to know your population.
  2. Design your outreach program.
  3. Deliver the services.
  4. Measure the results.
