How can you use this tool?

This tool uses self-reported measures to explore broad needs and strengths related to evidence-informed decision-making for both an individual or group. The group assessment provides a composite score to identify teams’ overall strengths and areas for improvement.

This tool is different from and complementary to the Learning Needs Assessment, which is an objective measure (multiple choice questions) of specific knowledge and skills for EIDM.
